Know Our People
Rishabh is a Manager at Indus. He describes his experience at Indus as a roller-coaster ride with exciting opportunities where he routinely meets and interacts with CXOs of multiple clients. The packed schedule keeps him motivated and gives him an adrenaline rush.
Over the years Rishabh has found himself overcoming a lot of challenges at the workplace. So much so that he once even took on a weight loss challenge (lost 8kgs in 8 weeks and won a ton of cash!). He loves having insightful discussions with his team mates and keeps on learning everyday.
If not a Data Scientist, Rishabh would probably be running his own restaurant, being a foodie and for his love of exploring new delicacies. He enjoys cooking, travelling and playing music.
Dhruv, popularly known as DT, is a Manager at Indus. DT has been leading several client engagements and mentoring team members at Indus. He is frequently found brainstorming around problems on one of the whiteboards at office. His observation skills and attention to detail can rarely be matched by anybody else in the office.
He recalls his marriage as one of the most memorable events with Indus folks, when he was surprised to see everyone having a blast at his baraat (marriage procession). He had not imagined anyone letting their hair down.
DT loves travelling and is on a constant search for places to eat out. If not a Data Scientist, DT would have been either involved in Voluntourism or in the Education sector having spent time with Avanti Fellows during his college days.
Saket is a Senior Manager as well as the CISO at Indus. He drives multiple client engagements while also being responsible for our Data Security. Saket joined us as employee #3 and knows more about the evolution of Indus than nearly everyone else. He has been a part of many “firsts” at Indus – our first few client projects, first campus hiring drive, first office expansion, and more!
Saket is probably the most focused team member at Indus and hardly gets distracted by office chatter (or maybe he is good at ignoring us!). There are numerous Fun stories about Saket – his love for his hair & hairstyle, his college nickname, his stylish shirts that have zips…
Saket loves spending time with his daughter (& wearing color-coordinated clothes with her!). He also spends his free time watching movies, listening to music/podcasts, and reading non-fiction books.

Indian School of Business ’18
Amanpreet joined Indus Insights as an Associate Manager after graduating from the Indian School of Business in April 2018. Very quickly, she began adding immense value to client projects, managing engagements for leading fintech & lending companies in the US and India. Amanpreet isn’t new to the language of Data Science Analytics consulting – before ISB, she worked for about 4 years in the UK & in India at an Advanced Analytics consulting firm.
Amanpreet quickly integrated into the team and hers is one of the most often heard voices on the floor! She is notorious for her fear of dogs with no ‘real reason’ to back the cynophobia. Despite that, she once managed to pet a puppy when a Dog Day was organized at office. When she has time on her hands, it is usually spent watching sitcoms or catching up on sleep!.
Aditya, or Venkat as he is fondly called, holds the Indus record of being the quickest person to be promoted to a Senior Associate. His day in the office usually includes attending client calls, working on client deliverables, or brainstorming sessions with his manager and peers.
Venkat has always found something new to learn here, including working on his conversational skills in Hindi. He loves having tea while talking to colleagues about psychology or the nature of reality. If not a Data Scientist, Venkat reckons he’d probably want to be a part of design or mission management at SpaceX.
Venkat reads quite often about psychology, thought, and philosophy. He is also learning to play the guitar and loves clicking pictures to capture the beauty around.
Mahak is a Senior Associate at Indus. Her day in the office is a mix of brain storming sessions with her managers and working on client deliverables. She enjoys her breaks in-between that usually include a lot of laughs with peers on the floor. Her bay has the youngest and the most-hip crowd in the office and are often found having animated discussions.
If not a Data Scientist, Mahak would probably have been an Architect, as she finds the profession fascinating. Mahak is quite popular for her shopping skills. She also enjoys painting, swimming, and gardening.
